Privacy Policy

You can read every public page on this site without creating an account and without giving us any personal information. Reading the token information, the Vault introduction, the card program and the legal pages requires nothing from you.

When you connect a wallet, your wallet address is read from your wallet provider so that the site can display your FLT balance and prepare a transfer. Connecting a wallet does not by itself identify you to us.

Polygon is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, token transfers, contract interactions and token balances are permanently visible on-chain and to anyone using a block explorer. We cannot delete, hide or modify on-chain data, and neither can you.

Privacy on this site means protecting your account data and your private Vault records. It does not, and cannot, mean that your on-chain activity is anonymous.

If you send a message through the contact form, we hold your name, your email address, the topic you selected and the content of your message, and we use it only to respond to you and keep a record of the enquiry.

Vault records are held inside the existing FlowMoney Vault under its own access rules. This website reads them only where you are authorised to see them; it does not copy them into a second database.

Access to private records is decided by server-side authorisation, not by what a browser asks for. Sensitive information is protected in transit and at rest, and privileged credentials are kept on the server and never included in public code.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as compliance obligations require.

This site links to FlowMoney, FM Wallet, Aurelia and PolygonScan, and reads public blockchain data from RPC providers. Once you follow an external link, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Where financial regulation requires identity verification, sanctions screening or record-keeping, we must carry those out and may need to retain the relevant information. Those obligations apply regardless of the privacy commitments made on this page.

You can browse without providing anything, use your own wallet rather than one we suggest, and ask us to correct or delete the personal information you sent us. To make a request, use the contact form and tell us what you would like changed.

If this policy changes in a material way, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
