Privacy & security
Privacy is power.
Our defining principle
Privacy here is a control problem, not a slogan: who can see your records, who can move your assets, and who holds the keys. The answers are designed into the product.

How privacy is implemented
Access controls, minimisation, encryption, secure infrastructure.
These are the mechanisms, not the promises. Each one is something you can verify by how the product behaves.
Access controls
Protected Vault records and personal information are reachable only through authenticated, authorised access. Server-side authorisation decides what may be read or changed.
Data minimisation
We collect what a feature genuinely needs and nothing more. Browsing the public site requires no account and no personal information.
Encryption and secure infrastructure
Data in transit and at rest is protected, and credentials stay on the server. No secret, private key or privileged token is ever placed in public JavaScript.
Wallet security
Your wallet signs your transactions. FLOTRON cannot move your tokens, cannot spend on your behalf, and will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
What we will not claim
- Polygon is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transfers and token balances are visible on-chain to anyone with an explorer.
- Privacy is not anonymity. We will not describe FLT transfers as anonymous, invisible or untraceable.
- Private Vault records and sensitive personal information are not published to any public network; they are protected by access controls.
- Financial compliance obligations, including identity verification where required, are mandatory and are not traded away for privacy.
Authentication
Visitors can explore the entire public website without creating an account. Authentication is required only where it is genuinely necessary: accessing protected Vault records or completing an authorised account action. Where a Privy identity is used, tokens are verified server-side against the application's published JWKS endpoint — signature, issuer, audience, expiry and user identity — and authentication is never treated as permission to move customer assets.
Compliance and your data
Required financial compliance checks — including identity verification for regulated services — stay in place. Our data practices are set out in the Privacy Policy and the risks of using cryptocurrency are set out in the Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosures. Questions about security can be raised through Contact.
Our defining principle
PRIVACY IS POWER.
Privacy here means control: over your keys, your data and what is shared. It is implemented through access controls, data minimisation, encryption and secure infrastructure, not through promises.
Customer control
Your wallet, your keys. FLOTRON never asks for a seed phrase and never takes custody of customer assets.
Secure authentication
Access is granted through verified authentication and server-side authorisation, never through exposed credentials.
Responsible data handling
Data minimisation, access controls and encryption on the systems that hold personal information.
Protected Vault records
Private Vault records stay private. They are not published to any public network.
Wallet security
You approve every transfer inside your own wallet. Nothing moves without your authorisation.
Transparent information practices
We publish what is verified, label what is not, and never invent market data.
Freedom to use your own wallet
Any compatible Polygon wallet works. You are never forced into one we control.
What privacy is not
Polygon is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transfers and token balances are visible on-chain to anyone. We will never claim that FLOTRON transactions are anonymous or invisible. Read the full disclosure
