Terms of Service

This site is an information and interface layer for FLOTRON. It describes the token, introduces the FLOTRON Vault and the wider FlowMoney ecosystem, and lets you prepare transfers of FLT using your own wallet.

It is not an exchange, broker, bank, depository or custodian. We do not hold customer funds, do not hold customer keys and do not execute transactions on your behalf.

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token or financial product, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, for evaluating whether FLT is appropriate for you, and for any tax consequences of holding or transferring it.

You control your wallet and your keys. We cannot access them, cannot recover them, and cannot reverse, cancel or recall a transfer once it is confirmed on the network.

Keep your seed phrase and private keys private. We will never ask for them, and anyone who does is attempting to defraud you.

Some features described on this site are proposed, prepared or pending. Purchasing, card issuance, asset transfers and direct Vault linking are not offered until the required approvals, partners and integrations are in place.

Where a feature is not active, the site says so and does not collect funds for it. Planned features may change or may not be released at all.

Do not use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any system or record, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the site is being used in breach of these terms or in a way that harms other users.

Links to FlowMoney, FM Wallet, Aurelia and external explorers are provided for convenience. Those services are operated independently and governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The FLOTRON name, the FLOTRON emblem, the official coin artwork, this website and its content belong to FlowMoney LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce the branding or artwork in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. Blockchain networks, RPC providers and third-party services can be unavailable, delayed or incorrect, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMoney LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from network or third-party failures, from your own wallet actions, or from the value or performance of any token.
